Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our sensory toy store. This policy explains when products can be returned, repaired, exchanged or refunded, and how to send an item back to us.

Returns
We do not provide refunds or replacements when you simply change your mind.
You may choose a refund or exchange when an item has a major problem. This may include situations where:
• The item is unsafe.
• You would not have purchased the item had you known about the problem.
• The item is significantly different from its description or any sample shown.
• The item does not perform as described or cannot be used for the purpose discussed.
• The item cannot be repaired easily or within a reasonable time.
When the problem is not major, we may arrange for the item to be repaired within a reasonable time. If the item cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Return eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise eligible for a remedy, returned products must:
• Be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return shipping
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm that it has arrived.
We will then advise whether the item has been approved for a refund, repair or replacement.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Approved repairs will be completed within a reasonable time.
